The Eagle - Bee or Not to Bee
The Build
- Started in May 2019 and completed in August of 2019
- Steel tubing frame and perforated sheet steel wings. Carved styrofoam body.
- Stucco/concrete skin.
- Hair made of plastic monofilament woven into steel mesh by very patient and thorough volunteers.
- Flowers made of perforated sheet steel. Glass marbles layered over and sealed with acrylic resin.
